Item # 135 – Mayor Hale’s Office has requested this item be Rescheduled to February 25th.
As reported by The Oregonian, the City and Pabst may have reached a tentative agreement over Pabst use of an image similar to the former White Stag sign in Old Town. No word on what the settlement might be. Since licensing fees are used to maintain the sign itself, maybe Pabst will kick in for some repairs.
“The City Council is scheduled to vote to authorize legal action against the company on Wednesday, but a spokesman for Mayor Charlie Hales said the agenda item would be pulled.”
